Refund policy

Please notify us of your intention to return an item within 5 days of the date of receipt. “Day 1” of receipt is the day of delivery, or the day of first attempted delivery if more than one attempt at delivery was required.

Please email returns@cassiushoney.co.uk to notify us of the return and whether you are seeking an exchange or a refund. Note that sadly, we cannot authorise a return if you have not notified us within 5 days.

Please ensure your item is sent back within 14 days of the date of receipt. 'Day 1' of receipt is the day of delivery, or the day of first attempted delivery (if more than one attempt at delivery was required).

Please return all items unworn with tags still attached, and return in original packaging. If a product shows any signs of wear we will not be able to issue an exchange or refund.

Please include a note in your parcel stating: your name; order number; whether you are seeking an exchange or refund and the reason for return where a refund is being requested.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for postage costs associated with any return. 
Please note that sadly, we cannot accept returns on ‘bespoke’ pieces as these cannot be sold to new customers. If you are not happy with your bespoke order, please email returns@cassiushoney.co.uk to discuss further.
